This screening will include the following: fasting blood sugar ($3.80), cholesterol ($5), total lipid profile which includes total cholesterol, triglycerides, HDL and LDL, and cardiac risk factors ($17.90). Free blood pressure checks will also be available. You must fast from 8:00pm the evening before with no more than a sip of water to take any required medication. You must also provide your physician’s name, address and zip code at time of testing. Please remember to wear short sleeves. Your Social Security number will need to be provided for identification purposes to partake in these screenings, and you must be at least 18 years of age to participate. A copy of the results will be mailed directly to you and your physician at no extra charge. This event is open to the public. No pre-registration required.
