Snellville — Eastside Medical Center will host a free Heart Health Education Day from 8 a.m. – 12 p.m. on Saturday, May 14, on the main campus located at 1700 Medical Way.
“Heart disease is the number one killer for men and women in Georgia,” said Markus Sims, MD, cardiologist at Eastside Medical Center. “Raising awareness about risk, prevention and symptoms of heart disease can help change this statistic so we are hosting a free Heart Health Education Day for our neighbors in Snellville and surrounding communities.”
The event will be held in classrooms one and two. Free parking is available near the South Entrance.
Space is limited for this free event and registration is requested by calling MedLine® at 800-242-5662 or online at EastsideMedical.com.
