As I have mentioned before, I would love to own a bakery when I grow up. Since summer is quickly coming to an end, I figured this would be a perfect opportunity to publish some of my favorite recipes of the summer.

The first one is an M&M Cheesecake bar. I found this one on Pinterest. It was originally supposed to be made with chocolate chips, but I thought the M&M’s added a lot of color, and made them a little funkier.
