I’ve read and heard lots on dietary changes to get skinny. Except I’m underweight and I need some advice on changing my lifestyle to gain weight. ~Diet
My advice for you is to become a little more invested in exercising/ sports. By doing something makes you use more energy you’ll eat more. Even though you’re underweight it isn’t a ticket to eat whatever junk you want. You should still eat healthy amounts of meat and vegetables. This is just my opinion, and I’m not a doctor. Please ask a professional on this problem.
