A group of volunteers in Peachtree Corners has, for about 2 years, been planning the design and construction of a veterans’ monument to be located on the city’s future Town Green.

As the last bell rings for the 2016–17 school year, 562 veteran educators and support staff members will mark their retirement from Gwinnett County Public Schools (GCPS). In total, our 2016–17 retirees have contributed a collective 13,518 years of their lives to education, and a total of 10,701 years to Gwinnett schoolchildren.

32nd Class of Leadership Gwinnett invested in Gwinnett's future

DULUTH, GA – Forty community leaders graduated from the prestigious Leadership Gwinnett program in May. This group not only completed the nine-month program requirement, they also coordinated a campaign to donate nearly $10,000 to the Leadership Gwinnett Scholarship Fund.
