Have you thought about becoming a pilot?
By Randy Epstein

Do you look up at the sky when you hear an airplane overhead? Do you make trips in the car and get tired of worrying about the other drivers on the road? Maybe you should consider becoming a pilot.

2016 Valerie Clark 440EAA Chapter 690 offers Eagle Flights for adults age 18 and above that have a sincere interest in learning to fly.  One of our chapter pilots will take you for a one on one flight in a general aviation airplane and give you an opportunity to fly and to talk about what it takes to become a pilot.  This event will be held on Saturday, October 8th beginning at 9:00 AM at the Gwinnett County Airport / Briscoe Field.  EAA 690 is located at 690 Airport Road, Hangar #1. Look for the sign on Airport Road directing you to parking.  To express your interest, send an email to eagleflights@eaa690.net  We look forward to seeing you.
