Everybody has a story, or has heard a story, about the nightmare that unfolded when a loved one’s life was tragically interrupted or cut short by injury or illness. Such a time in any family is fraught with fear, chaos and indecision.

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Amal Bhatnagar, 18, of Duluth, Ga. and Kelsey Norris, 13, of Bonaire, Ga. were named two of America's top 10 youth volunteers of 2017 today by The Prudential Spirit of Community Awards during the program's 22nd annual national award ceremony at the Andrew W. Mellon Auditorium.

Splash Festivals’ Grant Program keeps rolling as several worthy groups received funding for their important proposed projects. Splash Festivals established this program in 2015 to donate a significant portion of the profits from Norcross Art Splash for the purposes of art and education within the City of Norcross.
