(Lawrenceville, Ga., Oct. 14, 2014) – County commissioners Tuesday signed off on a three-pronged agreement with the city of Lawrenceville covering Rhodes Jordan Park, the site of old county government offices and a Pike Street parking lot.

October is usually the month that business coaches and owners start planning the year ahead.  In this case as we are officially in the last quarter of 2014, whatever we do as small business owners for the next three months will show up at the beginning of the year 2015.  However what we usually see is that most small business owners barely show up for the day let alone for the year and don’t ask them if they have a 5 year business plan as you will get a blank stare and dead silence.

(Lawrenceville, Ga., Oct. 14, 2014) – Since 1997, Gwinnett County has required developers to install streetlights in new subdivisions. For older neighborhoods, commissioners agreed last year to use funds from the 2009 SPLOST sales tax to pay for streetlight installation if a majority of homeowners sign a petition and agree to pay annual operating costs. This week, three more subdivisions accepted that offer.
