City of Duluth delivers Blue Santa

Duluth – This year the Duluth Police Department received a grant from Wal-Mart to help support residents and children in need within the city limits of Duluth. This year the City of Duluth sponsored (29) children by purchasing Christmas gifts under a program we have called Blue Santa.
