The Skills Gap: Are all high school graduates headed for a 4-year degree?

In 2014, over 92 million Americans were out of work. Ironically, we had over 3 million jobs available in the skilled trades. That gap is somewhat puzzling to me.
New classroom coming to Environmental and Heritage Center
Lawrenceville, Ga. – The Gwinnett Environmental and Heritage Center in Buford will convert existing storage space to build a new classroom and educator workroom. The Board of Commissioners approved a $409,506 contract Tuesday with low bidder, Bayne Development Group LLC. The 2014 SPLOST program is funding the work.
