Do you know how you would want your care to look like/feel like if you needed it? We plan to hear from some individuals in our community on this matter during focus group sessions scheduled in April and May called CareConnect.
The title of my new column “Art Matters” has a dual meaning and purpose for me. As the owner of an art gallery and lover of all the arts, you might say of course art would matter to me, it’s my business and you would be right. However, in a broader sense, art matters far beyond the scope of my world.
Everybody has a story, or has heard a story, about the nightmare that unfolded when a loved one’s life was tragically interrupted or cut short by injury or illness. Such a time in any family is fraught with fear, chaos and indecision.
