It seems that an artist with both talent and a sense of humor has begun adorning a certain pine tree with art – curious harbingers of upcoming holidays.

There’s no place like home

My husband and I just returned from a trip to Tennessee, to see family. My family, to be specific; my sister, brother-in-law, nieces and their children live there. As always, we had a lovely time and as always, we left feeling that we wish we lived closer to them.

Tabernacle International Church, a large and inviting place of worship near the corner of Simonton Road and Grayson Highway, was host to The Department of Community Supervision’s (DCS) first GA-PRI Stakeholders Meeting on February 28th. The meeting convened state leaders, resource providers, volunteers, and service professionals to introduce Governor Deal’s new initiative, GA-PRI or GA’s Prisoner Reentry Initiative.
