What does it mean when you have a herniated disc in your back?

At least 80% of people will experience back pain at some time during their life. One common cause of back pain is a lumbar disc herniation. Most frequently, this occurs at the lowest two levels, L4-5 and L5-S1, where most of the forces in movement are greatest.

In the year in which you turn 70 ½ years of age, the current IRS guidelines require you to take a Required Minimum Distribution (RMD), by April 1 of the following year, from your Qualified accounts (tax-advantaged accounts). For each year thereafter, you must take your RMD by 12/31 each year.
