Many steps are involved in the purchase or sale of real estate and each must be monitored from beginning to end in an organized and professional manner. By combining her skill set from her days in television with her love of people and proficiency with data and marketing, Jackie Gammie has consistently established herself in the top 20% of her Keller Williams Realty Snellville office.
“I have always enjoyed owning my own business,” says Jackie. “I enjoy collaborating with all sorts of people, and I enjoy helping them navigate successfully through a Real Estate transaction” Just like the projects she worked on with a variety of television industry professionals, real estate requires attention to detail and exceptional customer service. For Jackie, that is part of the fun of each new transaction whether it is purchasing a home with a buyer or marketing a home for sale.
While the Atlanta market is varied, Jackie’s respect for data and how to use it helps her successfully market and sell metro area real estate. As a 20 year Snellville resident with two grown children who graduated from Brookwood High School, Jackie is more than familiar with Snellville real estate. “I am very involved in the community and know it well,” says Jackie. “I play tennis out of Brookwood Manor and stay in touch with all of our Brookwood friends and neighbors.”
After more than 30 years in the corporate world, Jackie and her husband, Bruce, both decided they were not finished with their professional careers. Shortly after Jackie obtained her real estate license, Bruce decided to establish an HVAC servicing company. “Since we are now both business owners, we complement each other very well,” says Jackie. “I get lots of advice from him on mechanical inspections.” This kind of support allows Jackie to better serve each of her clients at the highest level.
In addition to Jackie’s ability to coordinate real estate transactions with finesse, professionalism, and quality customer service, the top-notch Realtor also enjoys applying her technical talents to her work. “I use all the technology available to our profession in a very proficient manner,” says Jackie. “Teaching this technology in my office is one of the ways I am able to give back to those who have supported me and allows me to use my leadership skills.”
Despite being very competitive, Jackie finds that helping other agents is extremely satisfying and good for the office as a whole. “One of my goals is to take on more of a leadership role in the office," she says. Providing training, coordinating sales, engaging with clients, and viewing homes are all part of her daily job, but for Jackie Gammie, there is always something new around the corner. “I plan to incorporate more of my video production background into my business” she says. “My future in Real Estate is bright and I want to be at the forefront of my profession.
