We are very pleased to open this chapter to better serve this community.
The model we created to pursue and sustain this mission is simple. We provide a meeting place that brings together a group of people with a shared background of service to country, and a commitment to providing opportunities to their fellow VetBud members and the veteran community at large.
The way we do this is by building a network of veterans who can assist other veterans. We conduct monthly meetings that can highlight business opportunities for employed members and business owners, and career opportunities for those attendees in transition, whether it is military to civilian transition or simply a veteran seeking employment. Many times that opportunity is created by VetBuds members who have career opportunities in their own companies, or from within their sphere of influence.
We strive to put those who provide veteran services together with those in need. We meet every month on the 3rd Thursday at 0715 at the IHOP at 955 Lawrenceville-Suwanee Rd, Lawrenceville, GA (about 1/2 mile north of the intersection with Hwy 120 in the Home Depot shopping center.
