Joining Moss as co-chair is Orlando Lynch, President and CEO of Atlanta Peach Movers.
“More than one million Georgians have diabetes and the disease is the 10th leading cause of death in our state,” explained Moss. “These are not just impersonal numbers — we all know someone with diabetes.”
The “Step Out” event includes a 3.1 mile walk as well as music and other festivities. Almost 3,000 people are expected to attend and thousands more will participate with their contributions.
“We invite people to get together a team of family, friends, or co-workers,” added Moss. “Join us and make the day a really fun experience.”

“Every now and then, an event comes along that is too important to ignore,” added Moss. “For me and for Embassy National Bank, the “Step Out” walk is such an event.”
