For the following items found: ONE (1) non-prescribed diet pill (phentermine) and four EMPTY mylar “Scooby Snax” packaging bags once containing a “fake weed” (marijuana) product; Local District Attorneys and the Great State of Georgia has indicted and offered them as a “guilty plea bargain”: Lifetime FELONY criminal records each + 3 months in jail each + 3 years probation each + $5,500 total in fines and fees, waive all legal rights each and a multitude of and, if and buts that must be met or back to jail for 3 years for a victimless crime.
In Review: One (1) non-prescribed diet pill: (Schedule IV) and ZERO (0) amount of (Schedule I): “Fake Weed” (packaging only) with neither girl having any past criminal record. = 2 FELONY Charges + JAIL
A couple of stupid, careless kids growing up with empty heads full of mush: YES
A justice system best serving the needs of the people: NO
A Justice system has only one purpose: To keep society running smoothly.
Ours has lost its way.
Come Election Day, look very closely at the current elected officials running our local and state Justice systems. It needs to be scrutinized badly. These are Georgia State Law and effects all our counties, well intended but not thought out very well.
My observation here in Hall County: Judge Deal (Governor’s son), A Good Guy, a Keeper.
