Mobile Motorcycle License Testing at Forsyth Co. Motorcycle Safety Day

(Cumming, GA – April 2017) – The Georgia Motorcycle Safety Program, a part of the Georgia Department of Driver Services, is offering Mobile Motorcycle License Testing or Riders Skill Test (RST) at the 3rd Annual Forsyth County "Motorcycle Safety Day".

Mobile Motorcycle License Testing at Forsyth Co. Motorcycle Safety Day

The Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office is teaming up with DDS and local vendors for a fun family event held at the Cumming Fairgrounds on Sunday, April 30th.  In addition to the Mobile Motorcycle License Testing, the event will feature free motorcycle inspections by mechanics, dealers, “Challenge a Cop” cone courses, vendors, raffles, and more.

The RST program gives Georgia motorcycle permit holders the opportunity to obtain their Georgia Class M (motorcycle) license. If the rider successfully passes the skills evaluation, they receive a 90-day license waiver and can obtain their Class M license at any DDS Customer Service Center without additional testing.
