The Season for Sneezin’: Allergy Answers from Gwinnett Medical Center

Nothing is quite as delightful this time of year as a field of wildflowers in bloom unless of course, you have allergies. Clearing the air: your lung cancer risk

Peanut butter and jelly. Peas and carrots. Smoking and lung cancer. Like it or not, some things just go together. In fact, 80 to 90 per cent of lung cancer cases in the U.S. and Canada are directly attributed to smoking.

New Year’s Resolutions: the minimalist game plan from GMC

Every year we set huge goals as our New Year’s resolutions, only to crash and quit a few days or weeks into the year. So, instead of these massive resolutions that only lead to frustration, why not try these five small steps each day? They’re easy to remember, take no special equipment, and will keep you on a steady path to good health.
