Love birds

This past January, Robert Firth said “I Do” for the third time in his life. It’s not like things didn’t work out well twice before but, when you’re blessed with good genes, sometimes things just happen.

Native Americans in our area

When we pass by the “Welcome to Grayson” signs traveling in and out of town, the phrase “chartered in 1901″ is a bit confusing. When I give tours or talks on the history of Grayson our new citizens usually ask, “so there was nothing here before J. P. McConnell founded Grayson?”.
Snow times to remember!
By Mandy Snell Harris
As I am writing this, the snow is really coming down outside, it is beautiful!
Unfortunately it caused a lot of heartache for many. But for those of us who didn’t have to go anywhere, it was nice and for me brought back many memories.

I LOVE New Lawrenceville
By Rodney Camren
Most people in downtown Atlanta claim they can’t go outside the Perimeter because the air is too thin! If it is too thin in as they claim, then that must be why people are patient, kind and loving to one another in Gwinnett and New Lawrenceville. All 16 of these small towns in Gwinnett County are known for small hometown sensibility and loving one another. February is the month of Love. There are valentines, hearts and roses for all those in Love. But the New Lawrenceville community shares another kind of Love with its residents, business owners and visitors.

Jesus said in John 16:33 – These things I have spoken to you that in me you might have peace. In the world you will have tribulation, but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world. Following Jesus brings peace into one’s life even in the midst of the great difficulties and tribulations of life. His peace passes all understanding. It is real and it is wonderful!
NG3 Gwinnett!!…humble beginnings
By NG3 staff
In 2005, Coach Hunter and Coach Crews at Brookwood recognized a void among the football players. This void wasn’t something that could be encompassed in a simple phrase about his team. A lack in leadership or trouble with priorities didn’t encompass what he saw as a hole in the lives of his student athletes.
