SNELLVILLE (March 12, 2014) – A group of volunteers were lauded for their dedication to the city at the Snellville Tourism and Trade Marcy Pharris Volunteer of the Year award dinner Saturday.

SNELLVILLE (March 11, 2014) – A Gwinnett County learning community where volunteers join teachers to help students sharpen their reading skills recently impressed members of the Georgia Reading Association (GRA). On a recent visit to Britt Elementary in the South Gwinnett Cluster, GRA members ended their day selecting the school as the recipient of the 2014 International Reading Association Exemplary Reading Program Award.

SNELLVILLE (February 27, 2014) – A Casino Night to benefit the city’s Snellville community garden will take place beginning with a cocktail hour at 6 p.m. March 15 at the Summit Chase Country Club.

The event is open to the public and is presented by the Gwinnett Sunrise Rotary Club, the Snellville Tourism and Trade Association and the Greater Eastside Chamber of Commerce.
