Vietnam Vets honored by County and Philadelphia Winn DAR

This year marked the 50th Anniversary of the Vietnam War, and Gwinnett County’s Veterans Day Tribute was an official homecoming welcome for Vietnam War Veterans. Held at the Gwinnett Fallen Heroes Memorial located at the Gwinnett Justice and Administration Center in Lawrenceville, Georgia, the program highlighted a symbolic return march home in which the veterans received a standing ovation. Once they assembled, a ceremonial yellow ribbon was cut in their honor.  Sergeant Major Patrick C. Amos delivered the keynote speech.

Sarah Care… adult senior day program with true personal touch

Aysha Cooper is no ordinary business owner. For that matter, she is no ordinary mom, student or volunteer either. First and foremost, she is the best mom she knows how to be to her “almost 7” year old son. One of the most important parts of being the best mom she knows how to be is in setting a good example as a whole and well-rounded person.
