Lawrenceville – It was a big day for 21 high school male graduating seniors heading to college.
21 students each received $1,000 scholarships at a luncheon recently at Georgia Gwinnett College.

Snellville – City officials said “goodbye” to 16-year police department veteran Capt. Carey Roberts Monday.
Roberts will retire from active duty June 30 and move with his family to the Savannah area to begin a new chapter in their lives.
