Peachtree Christian Hospice Announces Mission Transition & Growth Plan

DULUTH – For the past 17 years, Peachtree Christian Hospice and PruittHealth have been wonderful community partners, sharing a common value of “commitment to excellence.” As the operator of Peachtree Christian Hospice, PruittHealth has provided exceptional care to over 10,000 hospice patients at the Duluth facility.

Historic Norcross Holiday Tour Of Homes Sparkles December 2nd

Five sparkling houses from yesteryear and today will dress up in their holiday finest as they open their doors to visitors and neighbors for the Historic Norcross Holiday Tour of Homes on December 2. The owners of these homes have been sprucing up their floors, polishing furniture, dusting chandeliers and decking their lovely halls in anticipation for the many guests that will stroll through their decorated rooms.

Norcross Woman’s Club Receives International Recognition

Norcross Woman’s Club honored for Preservation of Women’s History and Gwinnett’s First Library Norcross Woman’s Club honored for Preservation of Women’s History and Gwinnett’s First Library 

The Norcross Woman’s Club campaign to restore and preserve its historic Old Library building, the first library in Gwinnett and its Women’s History Collection has received international recognition through the Women’s History and Resource Center of the General Federation of Women’s Clubs.  Georgia Federation North East District President Renette Todd presented the citation at the annual fall district meeting in Toccoa.
