Duluth –Duluth’s award-winning Halloween event, Howl on the Green, returns with a show-stopping, heart pumping, thrill-seeking performance by the one and only L.E.D. Luminosity Entertainment Division. The event will take place on Duluth Town Green on October 27th.

Cindy and Tom Murphy are self-described parents of two dogs, Maddie and Marshall. Maddie is a dachshund whom they rescued eight years ago when her former owners abandoned her. Marshall came to the couple as a puppy a year ago (under some unusual circumstances), and he has led quite a charmed life ever since.
