Tiny homes in Norcross

The city of Norcross is once again blazing a relatively new trail in Gwinnett County, giving careful consideration to the crafting of a “tiny homes” ordinance. Tiny homes, also known as “accessory dwelling units,” are a trend that is catching fire across the United States and now, possibly in Gwinnett.

The internationally famous Harlem Globetrotters, beginning its 90th season of entertaining fans around the world, are located in Peachtree Corners in Gwinnett County, opening its doors in Technology Park in May 2016.

While the name doesn’t roll off the tongue and wasn’t exactly what founder Abe Saperstein had in mind when he started the Harlem Globetrotters basketball team in 1927, if you want to be geographically correct, the Peachtree Corners Globetrotters it is.

Georgia Gwinnett College Graduates

GGC graduates more than 200 students

Georgia Gwinnett College (GGC) awarded more than 200 bachelor’s degrees during today’s summer commencement ceremony held in the Infinite Energy Center Arena. This is the college’s largest summer graduating class to date.
