Duluth SummerStage Concert Season Finale
Duluth – The ultimate Eagles Tribute band will wrap up Duluth’s SummerStage Concert Series for 2016. On the Border will perform on Duluth’s Festival Center Stage, September 10th. The Duluth Fall Festival sponsors this September concert each year.

My sister, Vada Timberlake, my wife, Jeannie, and I returned in late June from a week in South Korea . We were there at the invitation of Sae Eden Presbyterian Church in Seoul, which is the largest congregation in Korea.
July was a busy month for the Rotary Club of Lawrenceville. In conjunction with the City of Lawrenceville’s ArtsFest Gwinnett, the Rotary Club of Lawrenceville hosted the first annual Par-Tee in the Park.

William Pittman Williams was born in 1814 in Oglethorpe County and came to Gwinnett as a youth. He married Elizabeth Weems at the age of 17. William fathered eighteen children, ten with his first wife and eight with his second wife, Sarah Pogue.
Charles Max Mount, Sr., age 75 of Lawrenceville passed away Mon., July 18, 2016. Max is survived by his wife of 58 years, Jean Mount; daughter and son in law, Starla and Andrew David; sons and daughter in law, Max Mount, Jr., and Marc and Pam Mount; 1 sister, Teresa Harrison; 5 grandchildren; and 1 great grandson.
