Earnest Eugene Poynter, 64, of Snellville, passed away on Tuesday, November 17, 2015, in Snellville. Earnie was born on May 18, 1951 in Sarasota, FL to Earnest and Katherine Poynter.
The event kicks off at 5pm with fun activities for children such as arts and crafts, letters to Santa, inflatables, and City Hall Open House.
