Lawrenceville, GA (July 7, 2014) – What does a suburban empty nester mother of four do when she finds herself bored and looking for something new to do and out of her comfort zone? There are as many responses to an empty nest as there are stars in the sky. Some women buy a new car, others get a total makeover, and some take a seriously long vacation.
A Korean manufacturing company, Dasan Machineries, announced in May that it is opening a U.S. headquarters in Duluth, bringing an estimated $30 million investment and 150 jobs over the next three years. They make precision steel parts and components for the defense, auto, and avionic industries.
The annual William Pittman Williams reunion will take place on Sunday, July 20, 2014 at Summit Chase Country Club, Snellville, Georgia. The event begins with a buffet lunch at 12:30. After lunch a memorial service will be held to remember family members who died since the 2013 reunion.
