The Childbloom method was brought to the area when Derwyn Browne founded Childbloom Georgia Northeast in 2011, but this musical program is also in use by educators throughout the nation. The program has grown steadily over the last 6 years with the addition of a high-level performance component for students who have achieved a specified level of mastery. Childbloom director Derwyn Browne expressed his gratitude in this way: “We are grateful to the Suwanee Public Library for their aid in our attempt to enrich the cultural life of the children we serve and the community as a whole.”
