Mr. Brack consistently promotes the work of Philadelphia Winn Chapter as well as all things Gwinnett! First and foremost, Elliott is a newspaperman. To list all of his past and present accomplishments and activities would fill a book! It’s his dedication to the State of Georgia, especially Gwinnett County, and the work of selfless volunteers that keep him engaged in the important issues, year after year. Speaking of books, he’s just written another one—366 Facts About Gwinnett County, GA. The Bicentennial of Gwinnett County will be celebrated in December 2018, and Mr. Brack is ready for that celebration!
