The $26 million, 101,000-square-foot community will specialize in assisted living, memory care and adult day services. The community will have 91 units consisting of 74 assisted living units and 25 memory care units. Available amenities will include a theatre, wellness center, community gardens, outdoor gaming courts, bistros, walking trails, and other features. Consistent with the Dogwood Forest brand’s focus on wellness, the Grayson community will be designed with a host of wellness protocols including UV lighting in the HVAC system to kill viruses as well as a negative ion system to kill odor causing bacteria and to lift and enhance moods.
