The program recognizes excellence and innovation, while honoring  the efforts of individuals and organizations making a significant impact on the quality of healthcare in Gwinnett County

Dr. Abraham has been in private practice in Gwinnett County since 1992.  He was born in Jakarta, Indonesia and came to the United States to advance his educational opportunities.  A graduate of Howard Payne University and the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, Dr. Abraham has done additional graduate work at the University of Texas at Arlington and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary before completing post-doctoral work at Metro Health Center in Erie, Pennsylvania.

Specializing in Family and Geriatric Medicine, Dr. Abraham leads a team of over 30 healthcare providers and assistants in his private practice at 3020 Highway 124 in Snellville.  In addition to his local work, his heart can truly be found in the many medical mission trips he leads to countries around the world including Indonesia, Russia, Tanzania, Senegal, Argentina, China, Ecuador, Peru and Venezuela.
