“Heart disease is the number one killer for men and women in Georgia,” said Markus Sims, MD, cardiologist at Eastside Medical Center. “Raising awareness about risk, prevention and symptoms of heart disease can help change this statistic so we are hosting a free Heart Health Education Day for our neighbors in Snellville and surrounding communities.”
Eastside heart health specialists will provide information on detecting early heart attack warning signs, unique heart attack warning signs specific to women, hands-only CPR education and more.

The event will be held in classrooms one and two. Free parking is available near the South Entrance.
