On the last day of January a search was done on the First Multiple Listing Service of homes of $1 million and more. Currently 65 homes are actively being marketed for sale in Gwinnett County ranging from $1,049,000 and topping out at $5,950,000. There are 6 homes under contract from $1,050,000 up to $1,599,000 and since January 2013 until this month 40 homes have sold from $1 million and topping out at $2,375,000.

Downtown Historic Norcross has long been that hidden jewel for top quality homes at a low price.
