International & global communities think Gwinnett real estate is great and so do we!

What do you think? It’s HOME FOR SALE in 9 frequently used languages in Gwinnett!  A lot of comments from inside the perimeter (ITP) usually refer to us as country people, which is fine by me.

HOME FOR SALE in 9 frequently used languages in Gwinnett

It seems to be a little more relaxed and slower paced out here (OTP) according to most.  However, Atlanta is not the only hustle & bustle going on in this International destination of diverse communities. Gwinnett County over the years has attracted not only large companies from overseas with the help of Governor Deal and the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce but we have also attracted wonderful communities of people from India, China, Brazil, Mexico, South Africa, Jamaica, Korea and Vietnam to name a few.

Rodney CamrenWhen I watch the demographics of home buying & home selling in the 16 cities within Gwinnett County, I am reminded of how rich we are as citizens to be able to experience & witness the human race from so many cultures.  Gwinnett County has the unity of all nationalities peacefully living together, working together, and enjoying the differences among us.  I love going to the City of Lilburn and visiting the largest temple in North America for BAPS.  It serves members of the Swaminarayan branch of Hinduism, which originated in India more than 200 years ago.  The City of Norcross not only recognizes the diversity of their community they shout it from their rooftops making their website available in 4 of the dominate languages in their community.  The upcoming “Doors of Hope” a county-wide outdoor public art project aimed at increasing awareness of Gwinnett Habitat for Humanity, Gwinnett ReStore and ArtWorks! Gwinnett.  At least 4 languages, 3 religions and a wide range of ages made up the group palette during a door painting party held recently in the Summerour Cotton Gin.  Just this year the Gwinnett Center hosted Gwinnett Center’s 1st Annual Film Festival showcasing a unique blend of local, national and international films. Shorts and feature films of all genres and styles were screened at the Performing Arts Center and Convention Center. The festival also included a number of panel discussions, workshops and Q & A sessions with local film industry professionals. The City of Duluth has The Gwinnett International Farmers Market where there are groceries from all around the world. They have the largest selection of ethnic food choices in the Atlanta Metro Area and at prices you can afford.  From their Meat and Fish section to the outstanding Produce, when it comes to meeting the diverse food requirements of their discriminating customers this store stands second to none.

So with such wonderful & diverse businesses & business opportunities, places to worship and arts & entertainment it is only to say that people of varying countries are going to not only want to do business here but they will want to live here as well.  Real Estate companies are changing the way they do business, going Global in most cases.  RE/MAX can be found all over the entire globe as well as Keller Williams International.  In fact, Keller Williams International has just announced their partnership with Google.  This teaming up of companies allows many agents who wanted to work the international market but couldn’t because of language barriers, able to do so with new on line Google Language Translation toolbars.  It is a simple cut, paste and copy – then translate.  Yesterday’s Realtors of marketing just in a specific area has changed in 2013 to going overseas and reaching new buyers for the community at large.

List Locally, Market Globally is the Trademark of Proxio.  According to their website, Proxio’s real estate platform provides global marketing and networking services that empower real estate professionals to market themselves and their listings worldwide, in 19 languages and 30 currencies. Real estate professionals use Proxio’s online services to promote and translate listings, build business networks, and search for properties that meet client’s criteria – across geographic and cultural borders. By connecting the sources of real estate supply and demand in an efficient manner, Proxio enables real estate professionals to reach a global audience and close more transactions. Over 500,000 agents currently use Proxio to promote 2.8 million listings from more than 100 countries. Founded in 2007 by seasoned real estate veterans, the Proxio network is connecting the world of real estate™.

When you are ready to sell your home and interviewing Realtors for the job, does the marketing plan & marketing proposal stop at your subdivision? Does it stop at your city limits?  Don’t let it stop at the county line, Go Global!  Your international buyer is buying their plane ticket and heading to a closing near you!
