The first one is an M&M Cheesecake bar. I found this one on Pinterest. It was originally supposed to be made with chocolate chips, but I thought the M&M’s added a lot of color, and made them a little funkier.
They are rich, so a little goes a long way, but they were definitely a keeper and something I would like to serve in my bakery!
The second one is a Salted Caramel Bacon Hot Tart. I got this one from a cook book my parents gave to me called Ovenly by Agatha Kulaga and Erin Pantinkin. This book features a lot of really good salty sweet desserts. I made this for my family as a Father’s Day treat this summer and they made me save one to share with family and friends. It is a bit time intensive, but definitely worth the effort! Please see my blog on www.gwinnettcitizen.com for this recipe. So, try out these really tasty recipes and let me know what you think! Hope you enjoy these delicious sweet treats!
Have fun baking!
