We are up to 5 strong schools right now, which means great things for the student athletes and coaches in Gwinnett. It means that we get an opportunity to impact more students lives and to see real growth taking place in them.
Thomas Jannett is our newest full-time chaplain/character coach to join the team. Thomas, and his wife Teresa, now live in the Archer district and are beginning to get plugged in to the community. On a recent visit to Archer High School, Jannett met with Archer’s principal, Mr. Ken Johnson, and their athletic director, Mr. Tim Watkins. Both were very receptive to NG3 and are excited about the work that will be done along side them in the Archer community. Thomas will be working hard at developing a program with Watkins that will cross-over multiple sports. At the heart of what we do on each campus, is implementing our character development program. It gives coaches a safe opportunity to challenge all student athletes in the area of their personal character. The great thing is, we can bring an element of flexibility to the partnership between NG3 and any school that we work with, to meet the needs of that specific school. It truly is a partnership. That’s why we are so thankful to have men like Johnson and Watkins in our school system. We value what they are already doing at Archer High School, and look forward to working with them to impact the next generation.

NG3 stands for Next Generation: Character Community Change. Their goal is to develop men and women of character to create a positive change in our communities. NG3 works directly with student athletes in high schools, teaching and practicing the importance of strong core values like responsibility, humility, integrity and honesty. The staff of NG3 works along side the coaches employed by the school, providing a constant presence of reliability and service.
