Healthy, Happy Friends - August 2013

After my last column where I spoke of the tree falling in my yard, I had several calls from people with the same problem.  It seems that Hugh Griffin and Eve Hall had the same thing happen to them and they wisely had the trees chopped into the stove or fireplace sizes, which they donated to local community service agencies to provide heat for the upcoming winter season.  That’s thinking ahead, folks!  Way to go!

Kenneth Paryo



He took classical piano lessons for nine years but, when Kenneth Paryo performs, don’t expect to hear Mozart.

Kenneth Paryo grew up in a musical family.  His mom was worried about him getting hurt in sports so she steered him toward piano keys instead of basketball courts.  Like many young men, Kenneth had other interests as well.  “My parents got me into music,” he said, “but dancing I got into myself.”
