Firebird’s address is 5215 Town Center Boulevard and is located near the intersection of Peachtree Parkway and Medlock Bridge Road. It is the Charlotte, NC-based business’ second location in the metro Atlanta location to open.
“We are delighted to welcome Firebirds Wood Fired Grill to our city,” said Mayor Mike Mason during a ribbon-cutting ceremony held on Jan. 11, 2019. “The restaurant is a great addition to our Town Center.”
The menu features a variety of choices including the restaurant’s signature aged ribeye steak, grilled salmon, chicken, and ribs. Firebirds also offer a kids’ menu and gluten-sensitive menu items.
The interior décor is modern with light-colored woods, floor-to-ceiling windows, exposed steel, contemporary light fixtures, and abstract artwork. A warm gas fireplace and colorful display of bottles highlight the bar area. Adjacent to the lounge is an enclosed patio that is open year around.
Firebirds is open Sunday – Thursday, 11 a.m. – 10 p.m. and Friday – Saturday 11 a.m. – 11 p.m. Visit the website or call 770-225-4662 for more information.
Several other restaurants, retail shops, and businesses have begun opening in Peachtree Corners’ new Town Center. The city will officially celebrate its Town Center with a grand opening in late April. The development features a town green, two open-air pavilions, a large oval-shaped lawn, performance stage, large screen TVs and café tables.
