New leaders named for four schools

During a special called meeting on May 14, 2015, the Gwinnett County Board of Education approved the appointment of leaders for four schools— Dacula Elementary School, Jenkins, Elementary School, Mulberry Elementary School, and Shiloh High School.

•Holly Warren, Principal of Dacula ES

Ms. Warren is a member of the 2015 Quality-Plus Leader Academy, Aspiring Principal Program. She will be filling the vacancy created as Principal Mary Lou Enright retires.

•Dr. Michele Smith, Principal of Jenkins ES

Dr. Smith is a graduate of the 2013 Quality-Plus Leader Academy, Aspiring Principal Program. She succeeds Dot Schoeler who is retiring at the end of this school year.

•Jonathan Day, Principal of Mulberry ES

Mr. Day is a member of the 2015 Quality-Plus Leader Academy, Aspiring Principal Program. He will fill the position vacated by retiring Principal Vivian Stranahan.

•Dr. Danyel Dollard, Principal of Shiloh HS

Dr. Dollard is a member of the 2015 Quality-Plus Leader Academy, Aspiring Principal Program. She will succeed Dr. Eric Parker.
