In addition, Norcross’ downtown merchants and restaurants will be creating signature “Bluesberry” cocktails, desserts, specials and more! The festival is free to attend with special ticketing and pricing for the beer tasting.
“In Norcross, summer and blueberries go hand-in-hand,” said City of Norcross Mayor Craig Newton. “It’s become a tradition here to celebrate longer days, warmer nights and the season’s freshest berries with some really great blues music. That’s what the Bluesberry and Beer Festival is all about.”

Cazanovas
The Cazanovas bring you their own incomparable “Kick-Ass Blues” for each and every show, melding timeless blues style that every audience relates to with a fresh energy that keeps them hungry for more. Well known blues standards are infused with new groove-driven power, and original tunes are immersed in musical passion and intensity.
Beverly “Guitar” Watkins
Georgia-based guitarist/singer/songwriter Beverly “Guitar” Watkins is one part soul singer, one part rockin’ roadhouse mama. She spent the early ’60s playing rhythm guitar with Piano Red & the Interns, and recorded with Piano Red from 1959 until the mid- ’60s–she can be heard on his popular singles “Doctor Feelgood” and “Right String But the Wrong Yo Yo.”
Real Deal
The RDBB group features four seasoned musicians performing traditional American roots and hard driving classic Chicago Style Blues standards.
Red Sugar Blues
Red Sugar Blues has performed at the internationally renowned Buddy Guy’s Legends in Chicago, Illinois, Ground Zero in Clarksdale, MS and most recently Darwin’s Burgers and Blues in Sandy Springs, GA with upcoming shows.
Cody Matlock
Cody hit the scene at a young age, but has blues in his soul. A dynamic, inspirational player, he brings the house down everywhere he goes. This is his 3rd time performing at Bluesberry and we are thrilled to have him back. Mentored by The Cazanovas, Cody has also been influenced by the works of Little G Weevil, Sean Costello, Gary Clark Jr., Albert King, B.B. King, Truett Lollis and Freddy King.
Frankie Lee’s Blues Mission
As the name implies, these gentlemen are on a mission: to present the blues, jazz, R&B
and zydeco in the best of the African-American tradition with all the energy they can muster.

Iron Horse Tavern
Host to Bluesberry’s beer tasting event, Iron Horse will have an assortment of beer trucks in its parking lot. Tickets can be purchased for $5 per beer inside Iron Horse Tavern. A variety of beers will be available for tasting including Sweetwater, Abita, Orpheus, Ballast Point, Ommegang, Southbound, Rogue, Goose Island, Jekyll, Red Hare, Lazy Magnolia, Reformation and Monday Night.
