The accreditation decision represents the highest level of accreditation that can be awarded to an organization and shows the organization’s substantial conformance to the CARF International standards. An organization receiving a Three-Year-Accreditation has put itself through a rigorous peer review process. It has demonstrated to a team of surveyors during an on-site visit its commitment to offering programs and services that are measurable, accountable, and of the highest quality.

To substantiate the three-year accreditation, the Survey Outcome Report documented the following comments from CARF Surveyors: “Hi-Hope Service Center clearly reflects a dedication to providing an environment centered around the individuals served…Hi-Hope has a well-developed strategic plan that provides the organization with a strong foundation to work from…Staff members genuinely care about the individuals served….Individuals served are treated with dignity and respect, and given opportunities to experience success in their programs and in their lives.”
Sponsored by the Georgia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD), Hi-Hope serves clients throughout Gwinnett, Barrow, Dekalb and Fulton counties with varying diagnoses, including; autism, cerebral palsy, Down Syndrome, Fragile X, and other cognitive and intellectual disabilities.
