The partnership between Eastside Medical Center and Air Evac Lifeteam will ensure access to Eastside Medical Center‘s higher level of specialty care for residents in outlying areas. This partnership will allow our community faster access to lifesaving services.

The Air Evac Lifeteam crew is comprised of a registered nurse, paramedic and pilot, and will be on call at the Eastside Medical Center base 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
The Snellville base is one of 114 bases across 15 states in Air Evac Lifeteam’s network of air ambulance services, the ninth in Georgia and the very first air ambulance in Gwinnett County. Other bases are located in Carrollton, Cordele, Ware County, Troup County, Vidalia, Brunswick, Dublin and Statesboro.
Air Evac Lifeteam, based in O’Fallon, Mo., operates 114 bases across 15 states, serving more than 1,700 diverse referral sources, including over 1,000 hospitals and 700 EMS agencies, with over 2,000 employees.
