Norcross is the first city in Gwinnett County to offer tax exemptions for e-commerce fulfillment centers 

Norcross, GA---On Tuesday, November 7th , voters in Norcross were asked to consider allowing the city to exempt taxes on four classes of inventory for industrial and commercial businesses. Known as Freeport Inventory Tax Exemption, seventy-five percent (75%) of voters approved the incentive.
