Peach State FCU Awards $107,000 in Scholarships and Educational Grants

Lawrenceville, GA – Peach State Federal Credit Union announced the winners of its scholarship program, designed to honor the credit union’s founders, as well as past and present board members and employees. Scholarships were also awarded in honor of the lifetime achievements of several notable school system and community leaders. The Green Team, 4th grade environmental stewards at Gwinnett County’s Arcado Elementary, will host a special visit this week. The visit is due to the U.S. Department of Education recently naming Arcado Elementary as a 2014 National Green Ribbon School.

SNELLVILLE – Two students from South Gwinnett and Brookwood high schools each received a $1,000 scholarship for their academic achievements from Snellville Tourism & Trade Tuesday.
