The Stallions of Sugar Hill Christian Academy take home a shiny State Championship prize!

On February 9, 2019, the Girls JV High School basketball team at Sugar Hill Christian Academy (SHCA) celebrated their first State Championship after a long and challenging season. They defeated the first place Region Champions, Open Bible Chris-tian School on Feb. 8 at the GCAA Semifinal matchup and then went on to defeat Grace Christian School - Fayetteville, the following day in the championship game with the score of 25-15.

Jackson D. Snell, Sr. 83 of Greensboro, Georgia passed away peacefully, surrounded by family, at his home in Loganville on Tuesday evening, February 26, 2019. Jack was born in 1935, the fourth son of Edwin and Mable Snell of Snellville, Georgia. He married his childhood sweetheart, Barbara Bennett on November 18, 1955. He tearfully laid Barbara to rest in 2002, she was the love of his life and we rejoice at their heavenly reunion.
