MONROE - Participants, sponsors and volunteers at the Walton EMC Charity Shoot 2018 combined to raise $16,700 to benefit local breast cancer organizations. Proceeds from the annual event organized by employees of Walton EMC now total $120,000.

Hope For The Warriors 
recently awarded 10 Military Spouse and Caregiver Scholarships for higher education totaling $15,500 including Duluth resident and Savannah College of Art and Design student, Khieda King. King received the Restoring Self Scholarship of $2,000, awarded to those seeking any undergraduate degree.
