Peachtree Corners – On Thursday, June 14, International Charter Academy of Georgia (ICA Georgia), a new Japanese-English dual-language immersion charter school, held a ribbon cutting and tree planting ceremony to celebrate the school's opening at 3705 Engineering Drive in Peachtree Corners. The women of the Upsilon Alpha Omega and Psi Tau Omega chapters of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated parted with their pearls and pumps on May 19th to revitalize the playground at North Metro Academy of Performing Arts. More than 100 volunteers assisted in the efforts to enhance the playground.
