The project includes new sidewalk, curb and gutter, and drainage. The five-foot wide sidewalk will be constructed on the west side of Harbins Road from Singleton Road to Pirkle Road. Ohmshiv Construction was the lowest of four bidders at $290,444.25. The work is funded by the 2009 SPLOST program and should be finished this year.
Sidewalk coming to Harbins Road
(Lawrenceville, Ga., March 18, 2014) – The Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners awarded a construction contract today for pedestrian improvements along Harbins Road between Lilburn and Norcross.
